TECHNOLOGY FOR MATERNAL HEALTH PROJECT
Savana Signatures in partnership with the Northern Regional Library will on May 16th 2012 launch the Technology for Maternal Health Project in Tamale.

The Technology for Maternal Health project is aimed to Reducing Maternal Mortality and Improving Maternal Health by spreading information through the Internet, multimedia and mobile phones on the most common illnesses that lead to child mortality.

The project will use mobile phones to share information on improving maternal health and reducing maternal mortality in Northern Ghana.

The Project will send weekly SMS through the phones of expectant mothers to provide them with information on the dos and donts while they are expecting their babies.
