World Teacher Programme

Background

Savana Signatures partnered with Edukans (Netherlands) to host 62 teachers and students from Finland and the Netherlands through the World Teacher Programme (WTP). The exchange fostered cross-cultural learning and improved teaching methodologies in 11 schools across Ho and Hohoe (Volta Region).

Strategy​

  1. Classroom Collaboration
    Visiting educators co-taught lessons, observed local teaching methods, and shared best practices with Ghanaian counterparts.
  2. Resource Development
    Joint creation of teaching aids and lesson plans to enhance instructional quality.
  3. School Partnerships
    Focused on teacher training, student engagement, and leadership development.
